Pierre Orban, Psych
Pierre Orban, Psych., is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in Belgium, specializing in trauma and integrative therapeutic approaches. He completed a three-year advanced master’s program in psychotherapy through the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), the University of Liège (ULiège), and the University of Geneva, focusing on integrated and evidence-based treatment modalities.
Trained in EMDR following Francine Shapiro’s classical approach, Pierre applies it in a reflective and adapted manner within his clinical practice. He also regularly works with Foa’s protocol for trauma treatment. As an independent trainer, he is known for his dynamic and interactive teaching style, emphasizing critical thinking, collaboration, and the value of each participant’s experience.
He is the author of Psychothérapies pour le trouble du stress post-traumatique (Dunod), a widely used reference in the field of trauma psychotherapy.
